Brother Printer HL2230 Monochrome Printer

Recently purchased this Brother Laser printer after my really old HP desk jet finally wore out. Will never go back to desk jet. Laser super easy, super fast, quick and easy setup. The only glitch - the instructions tell you to put in the CD ROM for installation, but you don't need to. Just turn everything on and plug everything in and the mac asks you if you want to install the drivers. The whole thing box to printing takes 5 minutes. Can't beat the price. Perfect for home office.

I like this printer a lot. Bought it during a lightning deal just hoping it'd live up to the reviews and it has. Very compact footprint means I can put it just about anywhere. At the moment it's sitting on a book shelf. It prints very fast and with the toner save mode I find it to be a very economical way of printing online receipts and travel confirmations. Tray holds a lot of paper. Not a single jam yet. Well worth the price.
